When we are present with a moment, time seems to slow down. 

Distractions fall away and there is no desire to be elsewhere. Where each bite is as flavourful as the one before, every note hits the right chord, and each word of the story touches us.

This to us is what being alive is all about: for each moment to reach its potential. In this state, every moment is more immersive, every sensation heightened, clarity and comfort a mere inevitability. It is the feeling that everything is just as it is meant to be. Where we discover ourselves reflected in the world around us, and every bit of this world feels alive. 

At Baro Design, this is the realm we strive to create. 

Through design we explore how to engage with this state of being, daily, creating furniture built to anchor the moments that make the human experience memorable and meaningful. Much like a beautiful old watch that we look at repeatedly, not just to tell the time, but because there’s something inherently captivating in what it embodies, which moves us.
